Hello darlings! To update you on our fire situation, we are still making repairs and will probably not be able to return to the studio until after June. So until further notice we are still operating on our 6-8 week production schedule while we are in the temporary studio. Also, we will be on shop vacation from June 15 - June 26. Remember, production time doesn't include shop vacations so please plan accordingly. We thank you all for your continued support and patience while we work through this difficult time. We love you all!
After having the fire in our studio back in February, these past couple months have been a whirlwind of craziness. We are finally taking some time to rest and relax away from all the headaches that come with being displaced due to a fire. We will be out of the studio during this time (April 7th - 16th) but you are welcome to place your order or send us a message. All orders placed during our vacation will begin processing upon our return, and any emails will be handled by our friend Ryan. Since he will be the only person handling emails please understand replies may take 2-3 days. We thank you so much for all of your support while we have been dealing with this fire nightmare, your love and kindness help keep us positive! We hope to be able to return to our studio in the next few months. Thank you and we'll be back soon!
Hello darlings! Be sure to keep an eye on our calendar for shop vacations and events. We will be out of the studio April 8th - 16th, and this will affect production time. Current production time is 6-8 weeks not including shop vacations. Please make sure to take this into consideration when placing your order. Orders placed while we are away from the studio will be processed upon our return. Due to being displaced because of the fire in our studio in February, we are still operating on a 6-8 week production schedule. Hello, dear friends.
On February 1st a neighboring building caught fire, and the fire spread to our studio and home. Thankfully we were able to escape unharmed, however the studio is currently without power while crews clean up the smoke and fire damage. Luckily, no equipment or orders were lost or damaged, however without power we temporarily cannot work on current orders. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to still place your order with us, as every bit helps us rebuild, however we urge you to understand this event will set back order production time by about two weeks and you may see a delay with your order being processed. We appreciate your understanding, and we welcome you to email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions you may have. Email communication has also been affected, and it may take a few days longer to receive a response. We hope to have everything back up and running in the next week coming. Thank you so much for your understanding and compassion during this stressful time. We love you all!

If you are ordering a gift for Valentine's Day, please read the following information regarding production time.
CUSTOM jewelry (any jewelry that is not in the pre-made category) will need to be ordered by January 1st to be shipped in time for Valentine's Day. This is for international as well as domestic orders.
PRE-MADE jewelry (jewelry from the Pre-made category) can be ordered up until January 24th for international customers and February 4th for domestic customers delivery.

September 1st - Jan 31st:
Order production time changes to 6-8 weeks. Please factor that in when ordering for a specific date. If you need an item sooner you are always welcome to email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to assist with meeting your deadline. Orders placed after October 31st at midnight are not guaranteed to arrive by December 25th. If you are placing an order for the December holidays you are urged to do so before Nov 1st to ensure the item(s) arrive on time. :) We are not responsible for postal delays. Once the package leaves our studio, it is out of our hands. Insurance is applied to all domestic packages.

Due to a projected increase in holiday orders this year over last, October 31st will be the last day to order for guaranteed delivery for the December holidays. This is for both domestic and international orders. Please plan accordingly! <3
